Replicating denim to the exact spec as to those in the 1950s can prove quite the task. With 2 years in the making, we have taken things a step further by producing a cloth completely from scratch that will emulate the perfect 1950s denim, creating a very natural slub denim that vintage collectors have come to know and love. Having tried before with vintage looms but getting inconsistent results, we have now managed to achieve our goal with extensive research and development and by using one of the most consistent vintage looms in existence. The denim will have an incredible fade with wear and tear and is something we are immensely proud about.
