Indigofera The 5th Sun Blanket – Multicolor (199-9007-023)

The 5th Sun Blanket is an Indigofera blanket created in collaboration with Swedish artist Björn Atldax. Its name refers to the Aztec myth of the Five Suns, with the fifth sun, Nahui Ollin, representing the current world era and ideas of movement and change. Atldax's work frequently explores mythology, religion and symbols from different cultures, themes that also appear throughout his collaborations with Indigofera.

The blanket is woven from 100% Norwegian wool at a traditional Norwegian weaving mill with a history dating back to the 1940s. At 200 × 150 cm, it has enough scale to be used as a substantial home blanket, travel blanket, or decorative textile.
