Returns & Exchanges
Can I return the product if it doesn’t fit?
Yes! If your item doesn’t fit, email us, and we will assist with the return—provided the item is in new condition. However, we are always ready to help you with the sizing or we give you answers for your questions. Obviously, we would like to avoid shipping to you and back as much as possible..
How do I return an item?
If you would like to return a product, you will have to arrange the shipping yourself, whichever way is more convenient. When we receive the item, we will check the condition and the money will be returned to account from which the order was paid.
Can I exchange the product for a different size?
Absolutely. If you need additional measurements, we’re happy to provide them.
Can I exchange the product for a different item?
Yes, you can exchange it for another product of the same price. If there’s a price difference, we’ll either refund or charge you the balance.
Do I have to pay for the shipping of the return/exchange?
Yes. If you return the item, shipping back will be your responsibility, however. If you decide to exchange the item, we will cover the shipping back to you.
How will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll refund your payment using the same method you used for your order.
Shipping
Do you ship to…?
We ship worldwide. Prices and delivery times vary by country—but if you place an order, we’ll ship it, even to the moon! There are some exceptions given by DHL. Please cointact us in case of doubt.
How long will the shipping take?
Europe: DHL-1-2 days, GLS/DPD-3-4 days, Outside of Europe: DHL-3-4 days, unless some complications occur, max-1 week. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code to monitor the exact delivery time.
Which shipping companies do you use?
We ship using DHL Express, GLS, and DPD in Europe, depending on your location and preference. Outside of Europe DHL
How will I know when my order will arrive?
As soon as we ship your order, you’ll receive a tracking code to follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.
Can I place a VAT-free order?
If you live outside the European Union we can arrange your order excluding VAT (21%). This feature is not implemented on our website yet, we can do that manually. This option is valid only for DHL shipment.
Can I order Instore pickup if I live in Prague?
Yes! If you are able to come to the shop, you can order an Instore pickup, which is usually available the same day. As soon as we pack your order, we will let you know via email or phone.
Do I have to pay for Instore pickup?
No, the instore pickup option is always free and we will offer you hot/cold beverages upon your arrival.
Can I postpone the shipping of my order?
If you would like us to ship your order later, please let us know via email and notes in the order process. We will ship whenever it is convienient for you to receive your goods.
