Flannel fabric woven in this production area is said to have a thick yet soft texture due to differences in the background, such as the threads used, dyeing, and weaving. The warp and weft threads are extremely thick enough to be used in heavy ounce denim. The warp threads are made into twin threads to increase strength, and the weft threads are made of slab threads to create a rough texture. Also, although it is made of cotton, the finished fabric is lightly brushed to bring it closer to the expression of a wool surge.
