Samurai Jeans Tropical Weather Dobby Cardigan – Beige (SJCDJ25-AT)

A cardigan made from tropical weather fabric. It is a military style jacket that can be worn over your shoulders to fully show off the light texture of the fabric. The large pockets have gussets and feature extra-sturdy sewing specs.

This fabric was created by analyzing military fabric developed for tropical regions over half a century ago and then combining it with Japan's unique weaving technology. The fabric is similar to (but not the same as) a Panama weave, and the unevenness
caused by the slub yarn and the mesh-like texture make it comfortable to wear in the summer. History has already proven the usefulness of this kind of fabric, but Samurai Jeans have added their own unique twist and technology, and manipulated the gauge of the fabric at their Banshu factory. This is the only mill in Japan with the required technology - a place with 100 years of history - to create a fabric like this with even better breathability than the original
