Alden’s plain toe boot is a combination of a number of favorite Alden things: the Military last, wedge soles, nubuck leather, and a plain toe. All told, these boots are extremely comfortable and stylish.
They’re super comfortable in a number of situations, and because they’re made on these soft wedge soles made by Goodyear, they’re as comfortable as they are good-looking.
Tobacco Reverse Chamois leather - Chamois leather is a “fat-liquored” nubuck by Horween, made for increased durability and water resistance. Using the backside of this oiled leather reveals a unique, almost sueded texture.
Most probably the most comfortable boot you can have from Alden. Buttery snuff suede with a 2060 Goodyear sole. This just screams walk a mile in my shoes and then you will realise what comfort feels like.
