These shorts are inspired by the SUBMARINER ROYAL NAVY PANT.

The VENTILE fabric was developed by the British ROYAL AIR FORCE in the 40's in order to equip its pilots with light, breathable and resistant clothes, but also and especially waterproof and water repellent.
