John Lofgren Engineer Boots - Horween Chromexcel Black
John Lofgren Engineer Boots - Horween Chromexcel Black
Dear Santa,
As a grown ass man this is all I’ve wanted for a few Chrismasses now are these boots.
The buttery supple rugged tea core Horween leather that takes 28 days just to prepare. And I’ll just scuff it
The triple stitching, the double stitching, the hand stitching, the flat Goodyear welting, and the soles! Tough but not too thick. 700 Vibram and 705 heel-
Stitched and nailed -there’s even the fish stitched in. and that Cuban heel!
The 50’s sleek flat toe. These boots are bomb proof yet soft.
The hidden loom-stitched royal blue Lofgren label for chrissakes
For the opera on your chopper!
Master craftsmen studied engineer boots for two hundred years and finally came up with this meticulous foot-tall ivory tower
Even the collar is so masterfully turned that as I slip my lusty toes into these bad boys I silently thank the samurai who Wabi Sabi cobbled them together like Buddha himself. Arigato gozai mas!
The solid brass buckles on those perfectl straps.
No need to wrap them, the lovely soft royal blue dust bags with the velveteen rope will do a treat.
